Dear Fundraising Academy Online:
Fundraising Academy Online provides a online course on the basic fundamentals of fundraising. As a student of the Academy, I completed the course with confidence and skill knowledge of how to execute and effective fundraiser. Since then I have lead my son’s little league baseball team into a successful fundraiser where we raise over $2,000 through corporate donations. We also developed new fundraising strategies that no other team in the park had done in the past or currently. Along with being a team mom for little league football I also took on the position of secretary of the PTSA. I was able to use my knowledge to guide our fundraising committee on the right path to raise over $13,000 for our first fundraiser of the school year. The lessons learned, through the course offered by Fundraising Academy Online, have provided me the skills needed to plan, lead, and conduct a successful fundraiser.
